Guest：The hotel is very good for a heritage property. Although it is already 40 years old, it is still well maintained and in good condition. Guests can enjoy views of KLCC or Sunway Putra Mall/Hotel. The location is very strategic, and both the valet and bellman are very helpful and attentive.
Guest：The location is superb, in front of the shopping mall. Just walking across and spend time there.
Guest：It’s incredibly disappointing when a hotel carries a five-star but hardly provides a two-star grade. Almost every facility was over two decades old and the mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. (My wife woke up whenever I moved a bit and vice versa.) The color of the white towels, bedsheets, bed linens, pillows, and bathrobes has turned yellowish putty oatmeal. The 1st generation Toshiba flatscreen TV has very limited channel with unclear images. The bathroom was huge, and it looks clean. However fungus or black mold were at the corners. The corridor on the 23rd floor was almost very dirty with unpleasant smell from carpet stains. Gym equipment was very obsolete. The outdated sauna room was extremely dark, although the temperature was very satisfactory. (water dripping continuously from the ceiling.) They served very mediocre breakfast with dirt brewed coffee ??. My overall suggestion is change the name to “Seri Hotel KL” or something. Please don’t exploit the name Pacific because Pacific Hotels stand for quality.
Guest：Room: Spacious and clean Bathroom: Finally the bathtub works well! Receptionist: Polite and very nice. Explained about distruption nearby room for renovation. Give us early check in. Breakfast: Variety food. Croissant really good!
