Guest：We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.
