Guest：This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and spa was stunning and had wonderful views. The room was well equipped with coffees and hot chocolates. Staff brought up extra when we requested it. I mentioned on booking that it was our anniversary and when we entered the room we found a bottle of champagne and a cake. It was the most lovely gesture I've ever received from a hotel. We will definitely be back!
Guest：Convenient location, right in the city center with the view of the city landmarks. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The only disappointment was the swimming pool/ sauna rules which are not specified while making a booking on trip.com. We came to find out that the pool is only accessible for one hour per guest and additional time must be paid extra and cannot exceed 3 hours per day. ?In addition, an advanced booking must be made in order to use the pool and spa facilities. These restrictions should be transparently stated as the inconvenience left us with a feeling of mis-advertisement, which is a shame for such a nice hotel.
Guest：Very good hotel, nice and big rooms, with super view and no sounds… Super spa, especialy from 6pm, when around were dark. From 19:00 special program in Sauna.
