Guest：The bedsheet have a drop of some liquid which is disgusting. As shown (have window) window is there, but it sealed and can't open at all. The sewage of toilet drainage are clogged and after use sink basin waters will come out from the toilet floor. My frustration are infinity on that moment. I can spot one German cockroach under the bed in next morning which it comes to my concern how 'CLEAN' the housekeeper do the cleaning. The amenities provided is good though, only they'll prepare one broken hairdryer. Another one is some electrical equipment that has been maintained since I can spot they just use electrical wire tape on it. Otherwise please don't use or else you can get electric shock. Upon my arrival the staff is very helpful and polite, they do know how to approach and gave customer service which is I'm still glad I stayed at the hotel for one night. Thank you for the hospitality given. Only then there's no second visit because I felt worse experience while in there.
