Guest：I was upgraded to a bigger suite. The pool and sauna was good
Guest：A home away from home Sabrina was amazing with us. She helped so much get us all settled in and gave us a drink upon arrival. Even though their pool was not usable they transferred us by taxi at their cost to another Adina Unit about 10 minutes away and back. Once we figured out how to use the washer and dryer it was fabulous to have one in our until to be able to do our laundry. The kitchen was a full kitchen and saves us money as well. The breakfast offers was fantastic and had a wide choice of options. It definitely felt like a home away from home.
Guest：Hotel was modern and clean - helpful staff and easily walkable to the old town, the river and the Reeperbahn. The area was quiet with a shop and bakery on the corner. Swimming pool a nice addition. The hotel was very good and good value - would stay again
Guest：The check-in was great! The Young man that worked on friday afternoon gave is a great start. The room was big, cleaned and quite. The breakfast was fine, nothing special but good. The pool was a bit to cold but the kids loved it anyway. The thing that really draged down out visit was the elevator situation. A christmas weekend like this and only One elevator working and no stairwells to use, only it asked. At one point we waited almost 20 minutes for it and that is really bad. So over all we are satisfied with our stay but would really want you to work harder to fix a thing that neccessary faster.
