  • Guest：Wonderful historical hotel! When visiting keep this in mind as you consider the bathroom. Small and quirky by today’s standards, however the water pressure and towels were wonderful.
  • Guest：The staff were all hospitable. The historic hotel brings you back in time, with their manually operated elevator, and classic decor throughout.
  • Guest：Hotel had a certain “old” smell… which was somewhat expected as a historic hotel. However, the smell was overwhelming at times and even with our room window open the entire time, we could still smell the old smell and a faint smoke odor. Rooms are very small, but functioned fine. There really aren’t any amenities… it’s said there was a gym but we never located it. The location is great for all that downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row has to offer. There is a ton within walking distance. The biggest reason for the lower ratings was we found a men’s shirt and socks under our bed as we were packing up to check out… we didn’t have a man with us and we checked under the beds and desks to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Additionally, we had our Do Not Disturb sign out, but housekeeping still came. We did get fresh towels, so I can’t be too upset.
  • Guest：The staff here appear brain-dead and completely devoid of personality. They appear to have had no customer service training whatsoever. We needed a high chair for our baby so we asked the front desk for help. Their response? “We don’t have any you’ll have to check with the restaurant.” The restaurant is ON THE PREMISES about fifty feet from the front desk! Also, this hotel’s proximity to the bars on Whiskey Row means loud coming and going all night. Also, a man died two doors down on our floor the second night we were there. Very unfortunate. Not a good stay. Not the place to choose for either service or quiet.
