Guest：It was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea. Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast. With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.
Guest：Amazing hotel and I cannot wait to go back. The view is to die for. I just wish I had checked in a lot earlier. The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices. The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way ??

Guest：WARNING: Extremely disappointing experience My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. Despite having a confirmed booking for an additional night, I was abruptly woken up by a staff member named Higashi who claimed I had to check out. This was clearly a mistake on the hotel’s part. Instead of offering an apology, I was forced to change rooms for no reason wasting my time and disrupting my rest. I requested to speak with a manager. The person who came only spoke Japanese and was unable to assist. I then asked several times for the General Manager’s email address, but the staff kept dodging the request or giving unclear explanations. This place has nothing to do with what one would expect from an “international hotel”. The staff speak very poor English, are untrained, and show no genuine hospitality. Their smiles are forced, the atmosphere is cold and unfriendly, and the overall service is unacceptable. The location is also poor and inconvenient. Bottom line:?I would not recommend this hotel to anyone – neither international travelers nor business guests. If you value professionalism, proper service, or a welcoming environment, stay away. ?
