  • Guest：This is my 2nd time we stayed here, me and my wife and her family. The hotel is close to shops, the view is amazing, for Muslims it is close to the mosque, walking distance and Saturday night it is happening spot. Though the hotel basement parking very small but you can park outside.
  • Guest：the location is great..easy to find...but the service need to improve..i make a call to housekeeping to get new towel but no one answer so i called reception and they said they will inform house keeping..but i wait from 10am till almost 1pm and no one came to change the towel..make another call to reception and almost 2pm i got new towel..other than that everything is nice
  • Guest：Went to Kuantan for a holiday and pick this Hotel for its location and price. Location was perfect as it was in the heart of the city of Kuantan. Room was good for its price. Shower has a strong and reliable heater pump. Amenities was complete. Didn't get their breakfast so can't comment on that. For a RM100+ / room, this is one of the best value for money hotel, and it's not even a budget hotel at that. Kudos !
  • Guest：Location is strategic. The breakfast just average w the value. Don't expect too much but still acceptable. The towel was convenient and comfy. The cons- no toothbrush, toilet is small and the carpet in the room is too old
