Guest：All in one: Cockroaches, ants, no hot water, toilet problems. The staff is amazing, the reef is great, the food is good, the room is beautiful. But they make you, take a seaplane on the way back because there's no other transfer. And no upgrade or margarita or gift can be worth dealing with cleaning issues in the middle of your (expensive!) vacation! Don't go to Centara ! There are so many other resorts. Just choose something else.
