My family just spent two nights here and had a truly wonderful time. The rooms are beautiful! We had a lovely room (even without a lake view) with plenty of room for four of us. They serviced the room twice a day which made for a wonderful experience. We loved the indoor pool. We stayed several hours both times and because of the dedicated adult spaces, I never felt like my own children were bothering people. The giant windows to the lake and falling snow were perfect. The extra special experience for my kids was perfect. Upon checking in, they received their own keys, robes and welcome gift. They loved every part of it! The staff made them feel very special. I could not recommend this hotel more, we loved the bar and spent many hours there! The food, fire and cocktails were perfect. We have traveled extensively as a family of four and all agreed this was a true five star experience. I hope we can come back!

The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay.
