Guest：Lovely hotel with incredible views. We had a relaxing stay here and very much enjoyed the exceptional service and friendly staff, the amazing views and excellent breakfast. We have stayed at 10 hotels during our trip around Italy and this place has had the best service and a fabulous breakfast. My only criticism is that the bed and pillow were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Otherwise 5 stars. Thank you for looking after us!
Guest：The Hotel Villa Florida is truly a special place. My husband and I just arrived home after a 4 day stay and I don't have enough words to adequately describe our experience. We were looking for a place to rest and relax after our daughter's wedding. We arrived exhausted and from the minute we walked through the doors we knew we had made the right choice. The grounds are magical. The view is beyond words. Our room was generous, spotlessly clean, and so incredibly comfortable. Every day, we lingered over the sumptuous breakfast for more than an hour as the staff continuously brought us fresh cappuccinos, espressos and americanos to complement the unbelievable buffet that far exceeded our expections. But even with all this, it was the staff who made our stay worthy of remembrance. No request was too much. Every question was answered with a smile. We were treated like royalty. And at check out, when I asked if I could purchase a cup and saucer with their logo to have a reminder of our incredible stay (the only souvenir I purchased on my entire Italian vacation), the staff scrambled to find me a match set, wrapped, boxed and bagged before our taxi arrived to whisk us away. I can say, without hesitation, we will return in the future with our family to make more perfect memories.
Guest：This hotel is AMAZING! Beautifully clean and attractive decor. The pool was spotless and the breakfast was incredible- in a beautiful garden terrace setting too. We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We are definitely booking again for next year!
