Guest：We stayed for wedding night room on 23rd floor all good perfect morning view
Guest：This was my second stay at the hotel. After returning from Gabala, I chose to stay here again based on my previous positive experience, even though there are other good hotels in more prime locations. However, this time my experience was disappointing. Although I booked the same room category at the same price, the room was much smaller than before. Some facilities did not work properly, the curtains could not be operated by remote as it was broken. The bathroom was ok, but not as good as the previous room. The air conditioning was not working, and after several complaints, a technician was finally sent. Room service was also not as good as during my first stay. Overall, this stay was disappointing.

Guest：Very nice hotel. Staff at the reception was very professional, specially Zaur who did a great job. The downside of the hotel : - very difficult to get understood at the breakfast, and missing very basic things like vegetal milks which is very surprising for a 5 stars hotel - at the pool we ask for umbrella and they didn’t have.
