Guest：self-service for check-in/out; perfect location as right next to metro station and walkable distance to Ginza and Tokyo station; availability of a massage chair in the room is a plus especially after a whole day adventure out there; 2 convenient stores right beneath the hotel
Guest：日本酒店房间都小的要命，窗户开不了，特别闷热，只能开冷空调才能睡觉。不过位置很方便，早餐非常简单
Guest：Perfect spot and location to explore Tokyo next to Kyobashi Station. Friedly and helpful staff, clean and cosy.
Guest：Stayed there for 3 nights. First impression when I entered the room was a funky smell. I had to use quite a fair bit of my own perfume to mask up the smell. Location wise, although it is located right above the metro which is served by the Ginza Line, this line is not a particularly convenient line as it does not go to quite a number of places I wanted to visit. Perhaps this issue lies with my itinerary, so it might not apply to all. On one of the days, I left my room at 8.30am and returned at 1pm. Room was not made up despite me putting up the sign for them to do so. Took a rest and went down to the front desk to request for a room make up and was told there was no staff after 2pm. Very disappointed as I had uncleared trash in my room and drinking water was not replenished. The Indian staff at the front desk did nothing to mitigate the situation and thats really bad. I was also given a high floor to stay in but notice that the noise from the road was quite bad. Seems like a place where fast cars like to be around.
