Guest：staff was great. only complaints is room is small, low water pressure, and traffic noise is loud. but its nyc.
Guest：The staff was excellent. Helpful, courteous. The room was in real disrepair. The sliding door to bath narrowly missed my toddler fall off the slider. A toddler shouldnt be able to pull a heavy door off tracks. The side table fell apart when I lifted to move it closer to bed. There were holes in the wall. The room needs to be basically safe.
Guest：I spent the week before Christmas enjoying the sights and sounds of Manhattan. We chose the U Hotel Fifth Avenue due to the excellent pricing and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room and bathroom were. The location is excellent with several convenient subways close by and within walking distance to Broadway. I was concerned about the room size based on other reviews however, we both had a carry-on and a backpack and the space in the room was fine. I would highly recommend the U Hotel if you are looking for a no frills super clean hotel room,
Guest：Great location to stay in New York!! Felt really safe and was close to everything (Times Square round the corner, could walk down fifth avenue to Central Park and not far walk from soho). The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!
