Guest：Room was clean, but the first room we were in didnt have hot water. No big deal, they had us in a new room right away. The only downside was the $ 15 breakfast buffet, which was sub par at best. Ate at 7am and the food was all cold and the biscuits were hard as stone. Despite that, I will definitely use this hotel again in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Guest：We had a large room, king size bed, a desk, three chairs and a TV credenza. The bathroom was adequate, but a little small. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were basic. So bring your own. The hotel had no complementary breakfast or coffee but did provide one free breakfast. The hotel desk clerk was hard to find and we had to call for them when we needed something. It was not a problem, because they were around the corner. We got a great value and I would stay there again.
Guest：Room was decent(not dirty but serious upgrades need had), staff is subpar, and THAT WINDOW! Although beautiful especially early in the morning, I would like the option of closing some blinds ! On the 5th floor you can still hear the parking lot as well.. and be sure not to leave ANYTHING behind. (The staff plays Finders keepers.)
Guest：had a clogged toilet that I told him I needed to have fixed so we could use the bathroom and they said they would come and fix it when the maintenance guy got in within 20 minutes two hours later it was still not fixed then after a second call another 45 minutes pass still not fixed. I ended up just checking out early and leaving. Not very good customer service.
