  • Guest：I love this hotel. Arrived in the hotel with a luggage problem in the previous hotel, although it was not their fault, they upgraded us so that we will feel better. Location is very central. Rooms are big and nice and full of sunshine
  • Guest：Unfortunately, the toilet appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned, as there were noticeable stains remaining. The clothing provided by the hotel had a noticeable odor, which affected the overall experience. At one point, an alarm sounded unexpectedly. As there were no announcements or explanations provided in English, and I do not understand Japanese, this caused some confusion and distress, particularly for elderly guests and children. During the alarm, the elevators were temporarily out of service. I was unable to return to my room on the 14th floor and waited for over 15 minutes. However, there was no communication from staff regarding the situation.
  • Guest：Great location,easy access to omiya station,the staff were friendly and helpful. They got spa for hotel guest which is a bonus. I would definitely will staying again here.
  • Guest：酒店很新, 早餐选择还可以. 酒店房间都可放两个大型行李箱. 虽然酒店有停车场, 但不是属于酒店的. 停一晚需要付2000日元. 大浴场只开到晚上11时, 晚上返回酒店使用大浴场的旅客要注意.
