Guest：Good experience for kids , lots of fun. Lacking health and safety in a lot of aspects , no one monitoring people going down rides , with people going down upside down , backwards , going down on top of eachother. So many people running around on slippery surfaces. There were signs up setting out safety guidelines but these were not enforced. Good family day out, if you have good health insurance!

The pools were a real highlight – clean, well-kept, and not too crowded, which made for a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the food good. Guest：It basically meets the standards of its category. The staff is very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast is continental, served in buffet style, plentiful and tasty, with a good variety of eggs, cold cuts, and sweet pastries; both hot and cold dishes are available. The rooms are simply but elegantly furnished and generally clean, offering comfortable space. A major advantage is that the hotel has its own pool and sauna, which guests can use free of charge. So if someone doesn't feel like going over to the aquapark but just wants to take a dip or enjoy a sauna session, it's perfectly suitable. Although it is located in a pleasant and quiet area, it is quite far from the center of Budapest and the main attractions. Overall, everything can be considered perfect or good, although it's not among the cheapest hotels, which is something to keep in mind. At one time, it was a prestige hotel for me — during my travels, I used it as a benchmark to compare other hotels, whether they were better or worse. BUT what surprised me during my most recent visit — and something I wouldn’t have expected from a four-star hotel — was that towels are ONLY replaced free of charge every three days; at other times, they charge for it, and not a small amount either… This is neither hygienic nor appropriate, and comes across as quite petty for a hotel of this standard.
Guest：A perfect water park and hotel with half board, a beautiful children's corner, where they also watch the child while the parents enjoy the sauna and massages. I highly recommend it, the food is perfect as is the whole hotel. The animators who take care of the children are very nice, as well as the entire staff.
