  • Guest：Nice spacious room; not happy with the people next door; loud music all night long
  • Guest：The room was on the first floor and you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hall from people rolling their CLICKETY CLACK luggage to the workers yelling at each other in Spanish. The place is an "afterthought". NO WAY it way worth $174 a night. It's a whole lot nicer on the outside than the inside. Staff was nice, but that's about it. WAY overpriced.
  • Guest：On check-in room was very cold. Difficult to get warm water in shower. Bar area was left unattended for long periods so service was difficult.
  • Guest：Victoria was a great representative who welcomed me. The breakfast at The Greenery was opulent, except who leaves out picante sauce as a condiment offering for scrambled eggs? The room was clean but the water for the shower never got hot enough and the HVAC system could never get the room cool enough. We were also disappointed that the restaurant bar was closed down Christmas eve and Christmas day, but I can't really complain about that if the staff is thin.
