Guest：It was a pleasant stay at Best Western Bakeriet, a charming and historic hotel with an interesting “bakery” heritage. As it’s an older building, one shouldn’t expect all the modern conveniences of a newer property, but overall it was well maintained despite a few quirks. For instance, there’s a small raised lip under the bathroom door that I repeatedly caught my toes on when exiting, and the TV never worked—no channels were available. This may have been related to the Wi-Fi, which was down for a few hours when we first checked in. The reception also doubles as the bar, which meant there were often long waits for check-in or to order a drink, as only one staff member was on duty at any given time. On the positive side, breakfast was very good, and the receptionist, Per, was especially helpful and professional, even though he seemed quite overworked. Well done to him.
Guest：Recommended Hotel.. Lovely old building near shops and restaurants. Good sized rooms and excellent breakfast. Price was good for Norway.
Guest：Great breakfast, kind staff. Evening waffle bar a great and yummy surprise. Did have issues with the key cards while we there, but the staff was kind and as accommodating as possible.
Guest：Great location in the old bakery. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. We had a superior room which was lovely with a good shower. Free waffles every night downstairs.
