  • Guest：Excellent location and check-in was possible 24/7
  • Guest：Perfect location, friendly staff, smooth check in/out, not so good ventilation and the floor is noisy cracking when step on it .. Generally, recommended.
  • Guest：I stayed here for five days and although the location and the room itself are pretty nice, the services included are quite lacking. For the entirety of my stay, the wi-fi was not working (except for a couple of odd hours in odd places at the hotel) and the staff could not care less about that fact. In general, most of the reception staff is quite unhelpful and although not rude, certainly not welcoming either. Breakfast was pretty decent, however not included in the price of the room. But, you do get a nice selection for 12 Euros. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you simply need a clean place with hot water while in Berlin.
