Guest：Le terme e il posto sono sempre meravigliosi, peccato per la camera. Ho sempre soggiornato in camere ampie e spaziose, purtroppo questa volta mi è capitata una camera piccola e con regolazione della temperatura guasto, ed inoltre la.pressione dell'acqua della doccia era pressoché inesistente. Credo siano le nuove camere di una ala nuova. Davvero pessima per un Grandhotel!
Guest：Sono anni che veniamo in questo hotel, ma negli ultimi 3-4 anni ha perso l’esclusività che lo contraddistingueva. Troppo sovraffollato, poca cura per i particolari e nessuna attenzione per gli ospiti dell’hotel. I servizi sono sempre più scarsi (e non certo da 5 stelle). Unica attenzione far cassa riempiendo il parco termale oltre ogni limite. Non (più) consigliato
Guest：Abbiamo scelto il Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi per un soggiorno di coppia dal 13 al 17 gennaio, attratti soprattutto dalle terme, che sono effettivamente il vero valore della struttura: ampie, varie e molto belle, con la grande comodità di potervi accedere direttamente dalla camera. La posizione è buona, a pochi minuti dal centro e dagli impianti di Bormio. La pulizia in generale è stata adeguata, ma più volte ci sono stati consegnati accappatoi e asciugamani macchiati e bucati, dettaglio poco piacevole per il livello dichiarato. Deludente il ristorante: cucina mediocre, pizzoccheri tra i peggiori assaggiati in zona e pane chiaramente raffermo. Colazione discreta. Lo staff è gentile, ma non sempre competente nel servizio. Non ci è piaciuta la presenza di schermi pubblicitari nelle aree relax e l’eccesso di QR code ovunque per acquistare prodotti: un approccio troppo commerciale per un luogo che dovrebbe trasmettere calma e cura dell’ospite. Inoltre di notte si sentivano rumori di impianti che hanno disturbato il sonno. Esperienza nel complesso piacevole grazie alle terme, ma con diverse criticità che andrebbero risolte.
Guest：Beautiful building and the spa was very nice. There is a national park for hiking just behind the hotel. However, the facilities were below expectations otherwise. The food at the hotel wasn’t up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. This is inconvenient considering there was no shop or restaurant within walking distance to the hotel. The free shuttle to the town center was somehow not available for majority of our stay. I feel the hotel could do a lot better
