  • Guest：The room was the size of a shoe box. You actually can’t call it a room because there was space for just a double bed and nothing more. As a couple we barely could get up at the same time. There was no reception, there were only people who were standing in front of a high table at the entry. I had to pay more tax than what was stated in the trip.com charge break down. The breakfast was the only nice thing. The service employees were okay but would not go far to say “friendly”. I wouldn’t stay here again. We chose it for the location and perception that it would be comfortable since it has 4 stars. It felt more like 2 or 3 stars. No minibar, no nespresso machine, no shower amenities, no slippers. In the shower there was a 2 in 1 hair and body wash and my hair has suffered from this.
  • Guest：The location is good but the stay was not okay. We asked that pleae put an iron and iron board in the room when I book the hotel and even email them and I got reply that they will put them before I arrive. But when I went into the room there was no. We called them to bring them up and we got them in a few hours... we used the iron anyway but there was dirty stain on the iron side, we didn't notice that until we used it. So my skirt got the stain as well. Just really annoyed about it. The manager said they can send it to cleaning service and we sent it but still not really happy. And the room is really tiny tiny. No space to put an iron board tbh.. I like the location but if I go back to Paris, I don't want to stay here.
