Guest：Though cleanliness had room for improvement, overall a great property , helpful front desk, good brrakfast and staff overall was fine. But their behavior is more attuned to cater to bureaucrats and govt office hence don't have professionalism and courteousness of a prv property like marriott or bloomrooms.
Guest：The amenities were brilliant, i.e. the gym and the pool. The restaurant food for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Finally the staff were very helpful. Also it was just very clean and well kept
Guest：Hot water supply was very poor . We have to drain lot of water then we are getting the hot water . Very old Hot Water system. Please make arrangements to get Hot water immediately and Save loosing water . This is a very Serious Issue and Management must take Urgent and Immediate action , 2) No sleeper was provided in the room . Must provide . We do not carry slippers. 3) No shaving kit was provided
Guest：A faded star The hotel used to be fabulous, I am sure. But that must have been at least 30 years ago, and now it appears as a faded star :) It has its charm, but it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The service is good, but the rooms are old and not the cleanest, and the restaurants in the hotel are not very good. The breakfast is nice though, but dont expect fast service, as they get overwhelmed if there are more than 10 customers here at the same time! The hotel is based in the relatively safe embassy-area. But expect to walk a bit if you need any shops or other restaurants than the hotel has to offer!
