  • Guest：? check in 2.00 pm check out 11.00 pm ?? Airport Birsa Munda 9.5 km ??Pets not allowed ????♂Language spoken: English, Hindi I visited this Hotel in November 2025 with my friends. We checked in at 15.30 pm and the process was very poor. They couldn't deliver room keys for hours and we had to run after from each and everyone for getting key card. I somehow managedmy card from the GM. But my friends had to struggle. The hotel is located in Lalpur area . We booked 3 seperate Delux room single occupancy. Let us now move to the review of facilities and my experience ( Rating have been assigned in a Scale of 1 to 5 , 5 being highest):- A. Location : Located on HB Riad, Lalpur area on a congested road. (Rating 3.5). B. Room :? There delux room in the 2nd floor was about 270 square feet.Room was decently furnished with matching fittings, has a large double bed with side tables on both sides,?a wardrobe, a dressing table . Bed was rightly soft, comfy with linens . The room was clean and have amenities like tea making facility . Adequate bottles of water are provided and tea pouches replaced every day. Toilet is descent in size and is fitted with sanitary fitings of acceptable quality and geyser. Toileteries like shampoo pouches and body lotion were provided. Quality of toileteries are standard. Room has decent air-conditioning. Pillows and quilt provided are of acceptable quality. Additional pillows and blankets are provided on request. (Rating 3.5) C. Facilities : The hotelhas facilities that you require in a mid category business cum family hotel. There is a decent lobby. Rooms do have satellite TV and WIFI. They have one restaurant, where food is served. There is a indoor games and kids play area..(Rating 3.5) D. Dining options: The hotel has a dining room where reasonable variety of cuisines are served . Food with wide choice of Indian, Asian cuisines. The quality of food is good a.(Rating 3.75). E. Overall service : Service was the major issue during our stay. As already mentioned we faced problem during check-in. During our stay, hotel was fully booked for a marriage group and it appeared that the staff are not fully equipped to handle large volume of guests. We had to wait for any service that we required. (Rating 2.75) ?Overall: I would rather give the hotel a miss. (OVERALL RATING 3)
