Guest：Located right next door to the Kok-Tobe cablecar station, and in walking distance to lots of good cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was friendly and professional. Breakfast was a little crowded and understaffed (some empty breakfast options and lots of dirty plates etc), so I recommend going to breakfast earlier. However, this didn't affect my stay, and I would stay here again.
