Guest：Nice stay in a central location Excellent service attitude from staff, centrally located. We stayed on the 31st and 1st, most of attractions were closed. Nice stay anyway. Only item I would ask on a very good breakfast is the coffee.
Guest：The hotel is run down and very dated. Carpet in the room was rough. 1970’s hair dryer was a surprise. Room was extremely small. The location was great. Hotel sits 500 steps from Plaza Mayor. Reception was great and provided multiple recommendations for restaurants and things to do. For the price it was good, but nowhere close to 4 stars.
