  • Guest：Overall average property requiring maintenance. Good location, access road was in a poor condition with potholes. Extra mattress came without a bed with one of us sleeping at floor level on a very hard mattress. Only 1 bath towel provided despite 2 adults, 1 child in a room (this was provided on request). Breakfast was poor - limited choice. Bread was old and a slice had mould on it - we pointed it out to the staff. Instead of replacing it with a new batch, he said they receive it fresh every day. If this is the case they should check with their supplier!
  • Guest：This resort has lost its charm. While the location is good they are over booked on peak days and their staff is overworked. Their staff does not talk in English and hence need to know local language to communicate. It was difficult to communicate and hence the service was slow and poor. The restaurant has limited food available and the quality of breakfast was bad. Rooms were shabby and need urgent repairs. Our ceiling fan was not working and we had to adjust with standing fan. Had to spend a lot of time to see a replacement room but all rooms were same.
