Guest： Very clean rooms. Excellent view and superb food. Excellent concierge Mr. Satish helped arrange local sightseeing and Temple visit went smoothly with no hassles. Clean quality restaurants and food and nice private beach. Valey Gayatri saw us off very comfortably on the last day.
Guest：Property is beautiful, neat and clean. Staff is courteous. Love the location & the views. However service was slow. By the time food got to the table it was cold most of the time. Took long time to get food ordered and sometimes it never came. Took long to get the check also. Food taste also was not so good. Their room keycards still get deactivated if they are kept next to phone which was annoying.
Guest：This is the most beautiful propery I have ever stayed at. The food is really wonderful. It is administrated very badly. We had a couple of terrible things happen to us. Our room had a 'Do not Disturb' sign on it. The butler came and knocked on the door three times in a matter of 30 seconds and entered the room thus compromising our privacy. We were in Club Rooms and paid a premium for these rooms. On our last evening there, they had blasting music playing on loud speakers right from 6.00pm to 10.30pm. It was really loud and our whole evening was disturbed. I complained and asked to speak to the Manager on Duty but he was not willing to speak with me. I feel that I should receive a refund for one night.
Guest：Lovely hotel, great location. Food quality and service levels very high. However, club rooms not worth the extra tariff. Club Lounge offerings very limited.
