Guest：The hotel was clean and generally well-maintained, but service could be improved. Towels and toilet paper weren’t restocked regularly, and on our last day the air conditioning stopped working. We were told it would be fixed by 11 a.m., but it never was, and no compensation or apology was offered at checkout. Disappointing end to an otherwise decent stay.
Guest：Lovely hotel ideal location for Port Portals - walkable in 5 mins. Hotel is spotless Pool area has a lovely chilled vibe. Nice pool bar with varied menu. Service was good. Bedroom was basic nice size but no balcony and after seeing the rooms are friends were in - they all had balcony’s yet we booked the same rooms it was a little disappointing. I would definitely stay here again However I would get a room with a balcony
Guest：Having a room without a balcony is ok only during a cold season, otherwise there is nowhere to dry your wet clothes after the beach. It's always full of water going out the shower, therefore the floor is always flooded. Personal is very friendly! Great breakfast. Very good location. Nice rooftop bar.
