Guest：What a fantastically friendly and well run hotel, every single member of staff were super helpful and made our stay extra special, the food is some of the best I have eaten at a hotel for a long long time, the breakfast was great and the evening meals were another level, the rooms were comfortable if a little dated. The hotel is on a mainish road, but one of the benefits of this is there is a bus stop directly outside. I would definitely recommend staying here
Guest：Just come back from the Monterey hotel Jersey and we had a lovely time. All of the staff were so helpful, my husband is blind and they were always offering to help. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast had everything on that you wanted and the evening meals were very varied. This was our first visit to jersey and will definitely return I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Guest：Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.
