Et pour les personnes qui sont difficiles on trouve de quoi manger à tous les repas. L’emplacement de l’h?tel est top et l’accès à la plage parfait !
Guest：August 2023. Reading the previous reviews, we have been dreaming for this Albanian reviera vacation for a year and booked it much in advance at a rather high price AI, 4 star hotel. When we arrived, tired from the airport and long ride, we had to queue for almost 2 hours to get the keys, outside in the sun, no reception area, no comfortably armchairs in the still-to-be-built reception area, one poor lady doing all the job. Then anothe 4star service - one small lift for this monster nine-storeyed hotel to carry everything the linen, garbage and us with the luggage. Got stuck several times. That was the welcome to Parandor... We were given a room on the 7th floor which smelled like the kitchen. You knew what would be served for any meal. Then, here the room comes- no welcome bottle of water or at least smth for the so-much awaited guests who did not get their lunch (many of the families with kids from 9 am departure untill 16:00 hotel welcome) since food hours were very strict: 13:00 to 15:00 lunch and no snacks in between the meals (Albanian AI style). You can drink rakia and beer but no snacks or fruit in-between the meals. Getting back to the room - no hangers in the wardrobe, conditioner leaking and the bathroom has only a shower-type of tab which makes it absolutely unconfortable and dirty. Shower/shampoo gel is like in the hostel, very poor quality but worst is that the bathroom has seldom been cleaned thoroughly before or during the stay. Cleaning was limited to changi g towels/toilet paper. I realize it is a hot season but as a good hotel manager you have to hire additional staff or do not pretend you are a 4 star hotel. The hotel doesnt have toilets if you want to use it urgently or being on the beach. It has got one W and M loo without light, hook to close the door and in the darkest passing-by area... terrible. FOOD - the same for 14 days with minor variations, people queueing like in the good old times....whenever you came. one single queue for all- plates, food be it soup, meat or salad. After this best-dreamed vacation which ends soon I will not eat chicken and wings in particular for much longer. I was wondering is it so difficult to hire a good administrator and organize everything from welcome to departure accordingly? Greediness or carelessness will bring you no tourists next year and it is a pity for the country and its people. The only good think, even excellent are the poor, tired, falling of fatique waiters and waitresses - beeing around 6am to 12pm no days-off. They were doing their best to quickly clean the tables and replenish the food, and stand the constant dissappointment and harsh comments of the tourist - waiting like in the Mausoleul to get to the food bar but no luck - finished and begging the poor waiter to bring more... terrible organization, absolute disappointment.
