  • Guest:We really enjoyed this hotel (Especially after a terrible experience with Ole Tropical hotel which we have moved from to Q10). We have got a room with amazing view, huge terrace, very comfortable beds. The restaurant was a big positive surprise- I think that was the best buffet for dinner I have seen (and I travelled a lot and stayed at respectable hotels). I did not like to wear the bracelet which they gave us upon checkin. You feel like a part of a Turkish all inclusive and that’s not the feeling everyone likes. The bracelet is possible to remove only by cutting it off. It is used for opening the door and post in the bars and the restaurants in the territory. Another big minus for me as a coffee lover in the morning - no coffee machine or a kettle in the room. When you pay almost 400 eur per night - that’s the minimum you expect. The receptionist explained that only comfort rooms (which were 1 class above ours) had coffee in the room. That was cheap. Otherwise, nice experience and can be recommended if you are ok with a slight disproportion in value for money.
  • Guest:We had a 17 night stay on an All Inclusive basis in a Privilege Room. We requested a room on the 6th floor and were allocated 613 which is right next to the Privilege Lounge and very convenient for access to the sun terrace. This room gets no sun on the balcony as it is sheltered all day by the Lounge and the terrace door and windows rattled horrendously when it was very stormy a couple of times but otherwise we liked the location as it was so convenient. The Housekeeping staff were excellent in the main daily service, minibar replenishment, and evening "turndown" service - never a problem. I would say that our initial impression was that the room was small compared to many other hotels but actually it was fine once everything had "it's home". The Privilege terrace has comfortable padded sunbeds, plenty of sunshades and effectively has 2 bars - the main Lounge (open from 9am to 7pm) and a "pop-up" type kiosk in the central area which opens from 11.30am until 6pm. The bars were usually well serviced, especially when Clarissa was present, and there was little cause for compaint except we would have liked more sugar free drinks in the Lounge as my husband is diabetic and tries not to drink full sugar soft drinks. The only real issue was the wind which on several days was pretty strong, even leading the closure of the whole terrace for half a day on 1 occasion. When the wind blew at this time of year it was pretty chilly unless the full sun was on you. The jacuzzi was nice and warm but in the windiest corner so not always inviting. The plunge pools were a waste as too cold at this time of year. The main lobby bar staff were very attentive and as usual there is an excellent selection of drinks at an H10 so no compaints there. We used Mike's Coffee Shop on a couple of occasions and the drinks and cakes there were excellent but it only opens in the evenings. We would have used it more had it been open in the afternoons for an after lunch coffee (and perhaps cake!), We never used the outdoor main pool bar so cannot comment. Restaurants are the main reason we will be returning. In our opinion both the food quality and preparation were generally excellent and although not always "hot" in the buffet, you have a microwave if you choose to top up the heat. We visited all 3 evening a-la-cartes on several occasions and (barring 1 strange visit to the Steakhouse) were always satisfied with both the service and the food. The Privilege breakfasts are also very good but we did wish they had a slightly larger self-serve buffet so for example you could just have a small amount of cheese or select your own pastry. We only went to the daytime outside snack bar once as preferred the buffet but were surprised it also had to be booked which also put us off a bit. I will add that the service throughout all the restaurants could not be faulted in our opinion. The biggest annoyance in the hotel is the Lifts/Elevators. There are 4, they only really accommodate 4 or 5
  • Guest:Staff very very good in restaurants reception and bars too many names to mention but Anna , Abbey , Esti Natalia Franchsca. All 10 out of 10 men staff also.
  • Guest:Just spent a brilliant all inclusive week at the hotel, all the staff were friendly, kind, courteous, happy and professional throughout my stay, they couldn't do enough for you, the hotel it's self was excellent, from the pool areas with plenty of sunbeds (not a problem getting one, maybe different in summer) to the bars where there was plenty of staff never had to wait long to be served, there's also a waiter service in the main piano bar, the spirits were all branded as well, meal times were excellent, and always plenty of food with a good variety, rooms cleaned every day, i couldn't ask for more, the only drawback i could think of is the 4 main lifts, my friends wife struggles with stairs, so if she wanted to go down to the restaurant/pool area from the main reception area and pressed -1 she said sometimes it would go up to other floors 1st to pick people up, but as i was on the 1st floor this didn't affect me as i barely used the lifts, over all though would definitely stay her again.
