  • Guest：Too old hotel The service too old school Not useable parkinglot
  • Guest：If I visit Kumamoto again in the future, I will definitely stay in Ark Hotel. It offers easy access to Kumamoto Castle and Sakura Machi. I also enjoyed the lounge service of the hotel. The lounge is on the 10th floor of the hotel. I could see the Keeps of the castle. Wonderful view!! The lounge is open to the guest from 3 pm to 11 pm. Guests could enjoy free coffee and drinks. Good place to relax.
  • Guest：Nice hotel at a great location. I lowered the amenities score because they don’t provide toothpaste if you opt in to their eco initiative. Only clean towels and a teabag daily. This is very different from the eco initiatives in other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Maybe not brushing your teeth saves the environment? I don’t know. Besides that, the ac is centrally controlled, which made nights pretty warm.
