Guest：Excellent location, friendly staff, rooms were large and clean. Any issues were resolved quickly. Staff helpful and close to China Town, Paddy’s Markets, light rail at the end of the street. Excellent for our short stay.

Guest：After making payment, I travelled hours down to the hotel, to be told there was no room available. Error in booking date (my fault allegedly) left me without a room and payment already made forfeited. Apparently I had booked it for the night before. I will note that my case notes and 'other requests' were clear in the booking that I was arriving early during the day as I asked for earlier check in (I booked it at night late in the day where early check in would not apply) and it was obvious I had not intended to book it for the previous night. The hotel also never called me to ask where I was or why I had not attended on that night as a courtesy which would have alerted me to the error. The front desk was dismissive of my requests that there was an error and to transfery.booking to today (they had rooms available) and would not even let me speak to management about it as they were too busy and I feel the reception had trouble understanding my english. I found their customer service very poor and not understanding as I had previously stayed at the property and they showed a lack of goodwill for my.circumstances. So I ended up having to travel back home without accommodation. This made me realise that you learn a lot about a hotels customer service when things don't go right and on this occasion I was very disappointed as it was obvious an honest mistake had been made and they showed a complete lack of understanding and wanted me to pay again which I would not on principle. Trip.com tried to assist and I thank them for that.
