This was our first time visiting Montreal, and the hotel’s location was perfect—everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. There are also many great cafés nearby. The service was smooth.
This hotel was pretty good. Location was fantastic to walk to Rue Saint Laurent and also to get to downtown. The room was fine. Nothing super special but it was clean. I was a bit bummed that the bar downstairs was closed during our stay.
The room was so clean and spacious, they even have a little floor mat to put your boots on after being out in the snow! Location is honestly amazing, everything was a quick walk or cheap uber ride away. Staff was very friendly. Would 100% stay here again!
Customer service was quick and easy, and overall the process was smooth. However, there were no slippers in the room, and when I requested them, I was told they were out of stock. Additionally, there was no bottled water provided in the room. When I asked for hot water, they provided a boiler, but I still had to use tap water from the bathroom sink. For a hotel of this size, I would expect at least one complimentary bottle of water in the room, rather than having to rely on tap water.
La chambre était froide , il y avait une bonne infiltration au niveau de la fenêtre. De plus, il n’y avait qu’un couvre-lit léger mais heureusement une couverture supplémentaire était disponible dans le placard. Sinon c’était propre et très confortable. Merci pour le bon café Nespresso dans la chambre.
L’emplacement de l’h?tel est super pratique pour ceux et celles qui désirent faire du magasinage. Cependant, le bar fermait trop t?t et la chambre était très simple. Nous n’avons pas beaucoup aimé le service de voiturier puisque l’employé du soir ne souriait pas et nous avions l’impression de le déranger.
Très bon accueil, à notre grande surprise nous avons été surclassées dans une suite à notre arrivée. Seul point négatif, le réveil par les travaux dans la chambre au dessus a 9h du matin.
It was a situation where nothing much to celebrate and also not much to complain about. The staff were indifferent and the location next to the road can be a bit loud. The location is close to certain area that you might visit as a tourist but not in the middle of anything super interesting.
