会员6034：酒店位置方便，居于市中心，下楼就有银泰城，吃喝很方便。我们是到店时间比较晚，前台小姐姐给我们安排的背面河边的房间，比较安静。视野超棒。给我们免费升级了儿童自主早餐，早餐很丰富，服务态度挺好。唯一有点遗憾的是热水有点黄，不清澈。

会员5317：湖州市区最高的，开元名都/开元名庭。入住开元名都48层全景大床房，俯瞰整个湖州城，视野非常开阔。房间很舒服，2*2米的大床，床品很柔软，电动窗帘顿显高级感。酒店早餐在一层，中西式规规整整比较丰富，小馄饨不错！酒店下面是银泰百货，吃饭逛街非常方便，第一天入住去体验了新开张的哥老官，第二天尝试了6楼的火地铁板烧，非常赞！下次去湖州还会选择开元名都！
会员9064：通过朋友推荐来的这家酒店，来之前就听说酒店服务很好，前台服务超级热情，房间也很舒适，来了之后果然感觉物超所值。一进酒店就礼宾就热情的帮忙开车门，帮忙拿行李，从进门口拿到前台等我们办好入住又送到了房间。在前台办理入住时一个叫杨煊的前台小姑娘看到我们家人出行有老人孩子，特意给我们安排了一间位置特别好的房间，还给了孩子一个小书包，里面有儿童洗漱用品和玩具，孩子喜欢的不得了，小姑娘很有耐心，给我们详细的介绍了酒店，还告诉客房给老人的房间布置了防滑措施，真的超级感动的，小小的举措大大的拥抱，给酒店前台服务大大的赞。进入客房后房间很大很舒适，有水果提供，出去酒店记得到前台拿停车券，可以免费的。此次小假期入住酒店真的超级满意，我也会将酒店推荐给我的朋友，好的服务值得我们期待，以后来湖州只住这家酒店了
