  • Guest：晚上十点到的入住，温泉酒店居然直接没有热水，那么大的一个地方晚上就一个新来的前台，还不知道怎么解决，喊我们一直放水要放20分钟，后面放了半个小时都没有一点热水，本来老晚晚的去就想在房间里泡个澡舒舒服服睡个觉，最后连澡都没洗的成就睡觉了，要服务没服务，房间里私泡池里衞生做的都不行有各种毛、空调感觉像要炸掉的那种开着那种声音直接睡不着，下次再也不会去了，因为这次入住体验差到极点
  • Guest：怎么説呢，一千多住这个房间，感觉房间跟这个价位不匹配。房间设施比较老旧，房间一晚都有嗡嗡嗡的声音。我们晚上到的，也不知道是不是人多的原因，有一个泡池的水坐里面就闻得到是臭的。蚊子很多很毒，一会就咬了几大个包。早餐种类也不多，味道很一般。前台瘦瘦的没带眼镜那个小伙服务太多很好??。
  • Guest：服务：不得不説前台和路上遇到的服务员每个都很热情，态度很好，热心的给我们推荐周边景点和美食。 衞生：衞生情况就很不好了，开了第一间房间，牀头柜附近全部都是烟头烟灰、XX套的壳子。和前台反映了以后，马上就派保洁来整改，并提出给我们换房间。换房间后，进门有一股霉味，并且别的房间的物品都还放在里面，前台小姐姐立马帮我们处理了，也还能接受 设施：到了晚上洗澡的时候问题就接踵而至了，歪脖子流水的花洒，漏水的喷头，漏不下水的地漏 环境：订房后没有及时告知泳池维修不开放，到了才知道。泡池就开了两个。 此外还有从半夜唱到退房还在唱的公鸡，有一点声音就狂吠的狗狗
