  • Guest：Definitely not a 5* hotel. Called multiple times from room 1620, doesn’t work, wanted someone to collect baggage, so had to carry it myself. Which is fine, just not a 5* hotel standard. Rooms were very clean and everything else worked great. Front desk were helpful.
