Guest：秋假来北京玩，北京酒店一路水涨船高，但是在东单绝佳位置的明宇酒店，价格依然很友好。老牌酒店该有的都有，特别地理位置非常的方便，过来玩，酒店的气场依旧存在，非常愉快的入住体验，小缺点也有因为老牌的酒店，房间设施充电座等等这些的设计就太捉襟见肘了，没有办法
Guest：This place was really nice and I would stay here again it’s nearby a few convenience stores and some restaurants down the street but its nestled in a small very quiet street. Location wise you will def need to take a taxi/didi everywhere as the tourist spots are not walkable but really close by car. The rooms we got were really spacious and bathrooms had a tub also if you’re into that. One of the rooms we got had 1 king bed and 1 single but if you are thinking of fitting an adult on that single bed think again. The mattress is really thin and small fit for only a child. We had an adult on that bed the entire time and they had a bad time on it. The hotel staff themselves are really helpful and they have a speech translator in the lobby that translates all languages so you can have a seamless conversation with the staff. Though there were times when staff gave off a stand offish vibe. My main complaints are the elevators ALWAYS smelled really bad like a sewer and we stayed there for almost a week and everytime it smelled, night and day does not matter when. Also the laundry was on the 8th floor and was only accessible with the staff keycard OR if you had a room on that floor, and for some reason closes at 7PM when every other hotel I’ve been to is open 24 hrs. The laundry was also really bad the washer did its job but if you want to dry your clothes, goodluck. We tried running it for 2hrs and it was still wet. So unless you like hang drying your clothes I would skip the wash unless you really need it. Overrall I would stay here again but I would weigh my options first before booking again.

Guest：Was really great! They had a lot of stamps lol if you’re into collecting stamps. Their laundry room only has 2 washers and 1 dryer, however the detergent is free. I really enjoyed the stay! Also the front desk was really helpful in allowing us to go back upstairs to grab laundry even though we’ve already checked out. Place was really clean. I forgot to take a picture of the bathroom but it was also really pretty haha.
