  • 会员2906：宾馆管理很规范，工作人员热情周到服务态度很好。5日上午退房离开宾馆返昆回到家以后，整理行装，发现自己的手机充电器遗忘在宾馆了。为此，我打电话与宾馆服务台联系，告知我有一个充电器遗忘在房间里了，服务台工作人员告诉是有一个充电器(保洁员整理房间时发现了，即收起来交给服务台），经过核实确认，服务台工作人员即将充电器用快递寄给了我，物归原主了。宾馆工作人员认真负责热情专业的工作精神值得赞赏，为此要谢谢服务台的工作人员以及宾馆的保洁员。
