  • 会员3129：第一次入住，酒店服务真的很好，这个价位超值。从进大堂，礼宾小帅哥非常热情的帮我拉行李到前台，紧接着就有一个大堂经理贾经理一边介绍酒店一边介绍周边好玩的好吃的，热情周到，前台小姐姐快速的帮我办理了入住，看带的有小朋友，送了儿童洗漱套装，还送了游船票，真的的是惊喜??，晚上我们直接去做了船，逛了古城，房间干净，文化气息浓厚，大堂和电梯口都配备的有书，刚入住就有服务员送来了水果，晚上还有饮品，黄瓜面膜，真的是很贴心??除了停车稍微不方便点，但是保安大哥很热情的解决了停车问题，退房时询问我入住感受，让我提建议方便他们改进和提升。还送了一瓶护手霜，很满意的一次旅行，以后还会再来，必须推荐??
  • 会员1819：路过许昌，网上查到了这家酒店，本以为只是匆匆路过，还在路上堵着的时候前台给我来了电话询问了什么时候到店，有什么特殊要求没，需不需要留车位，让我瞬间踏实了很多，至少晚上有落脚的地方了??,到了酒店停好车，门口的服务员帮我拿了行李，前台小姐姐也很热情，看我舟车劳顿还特别问我早餐是否需要送到房间，这么宠我，真是一家贴心的酒店！房间干净，装修的很特别，床也很舒服，前台推荐的早餐也很棒，上午因为有人敲错门大堂经理小刘还亲自到房间和我道歉，看得出来酒店管理十分到位， 下次来许昌一定还会入住！
  • 会员9214：性价比很高的酒店，位置也很不错，就在曹魏古城边上，门口就是公交站。特别值得说的有两点：一是下午三点退房，午饭后可以休息一下再赶路，赞??二是我退房的时候把伞落在房间了（不值钱，但对我来说很有意义的一把伞），前台的刘经理专门打电话告知，并安排邮寄给我。很贴心的服务！再赞??
