  • Guest：The room is very comfortable, look good with good amenities. The location is easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice.
  • Guest：The hotel entrance gives the impression that the building is either falling apart or about to be demolished. The lobby doesn’t look like that of a hotel — it feels more like the entrance to a residential apartment building. The elevators sometimes fail to arrive, or they reset the selected floor midway, forcing you to choose it again. There is a laundry facility available, but no dryer, so clothes have to be dried in the room, which takes much longer. The room had a chair, but it was broken, posing a potential safety risk. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign, which led to several unwanted wake-ups by the cleaning staff, causing some discomfort. Additionally, the staff did not think to inform guests in advance that the hot water would be shut off early in the morning — this was discovered only by chance during a conversation with them.
