  • Guest：服务：酒店工作人员的服务真的超出我的预期太多太多，我本身就是酒店行业从业者，做的还是奢华酒店，但我真的有点自愧不如。从办理入住开始，虽然是晚上快10点了，但前台的姐姐还是把我们送到了电梯，为我们介绍了酒店的设施设备。因为我自己粗心定错了房型，但工作人员积极解决第二天主动提出帮我们换房，并且给到了免费升级。无论是前台、早餐厅还是做房阿姐，每一位工作人员永远是面带微笑，让人感觉心情很好。第一天我们出去玩，下雨但阳台上晒了衣服，酒店的工作人员在第一时间电话联系我们，徵求意见后帮我们把衣服收了进去，真的是感觉服务超级棒！ 设施：酒店里麪配备了露天的泳池，里面还有游泳圈等可以供大小朋友玩的小玩具。整个酒店的中心是一个巨大的图书架，特别有古典的氛围。飞镖盘、乒乓球桌、健身区域、小朋友手绘区、象棋、五子棋、围棋、会议室应有尽有，满足各类游客的需求。后面会有花园，秋千、水晶椅子的露台、花篮、小朋友攀爬区域都有的，很适合带小朋友度暑假。 衞生：酒店里的阿姐会每天来收拾房间，我们是住了4晚，毛巾都会更换，垃圾也会收走。 环境：整个酒店是被湖包围起来的，打开窗就可以看到整个湖景，阳光也特别好。 欢迎水果:水果给到的是荔枝、香蕉和桃子，都是当季的水果，并且分量并不少，在我们第一天到的过晚没有用水果，做房阿姐发现后主动提出给我们再送一份新的。 迷你吧:有可乐、雪碧还有千岛湖啤酒都是免费的。 100元鱼头抵用券:酒店里的餐厅真的令我眼前一亮，跟我们预想的酒店餐厅很不一样，本以为会踩雷，但确实很可口，是我们在千岛湖4天吃的最好吃的一餐，强烈推荐汤饺和玉米排骨煲（全是肋排，并没有用骨头糊弄客人），价格也很合理！ 如果説这次旅行让我印象最深刻的便是这家酒店，是真的从入住那一刻开始，就期待能写点评。我也会推荐我所有要来千岛湖旅行的朋友住这家酒店，希望贵酒店的生意越来越好，当然如果是这样的服务生意必定会越来越好～也祝酒店的每一位工作人员工作顺利～我们下次再见～
