  • 会员1791：酒店经营思路很落后，服务态度很差，前台说财务规定吃早餐的费用不能挂到房账里，不能算作住宿费，试问一下，不住宿去你们哪里专门吃48元一位的早餐吗，只有三个热菜，总共菜品只有十多道的早餐，是四星级酒店的标准吗 走进早餐厅，那些服务员两眼放光，紧紧的盯着你就想让你房间不带早餐，现场消费。 关于酒店设施，只能说是上两代的酒店布局和设施，床头是老旧的按钮桌，床头连个电源都没有，充电需要去墙壁的插座。房间空调是90年代的系统，没有显示屏，机械按钮。一切都很落后。
