  • 会员3271：酒店环境很优美，隔着崇阳溪对面就是武夷山景区，早上起来就可以看到画一般的风景，开启一天的好心情。酒店服务也特别好，接站的何师傅，管家小江和舒琴、小祝等等酒店内的工作人员，都非常热情的服务，让我有了宾至如归的感觉。卫生各方面做的也不错，地理位置也很好，离景区很近非常方便。
  • 会员9763：千挑万选订了御榕，住宿体验很好，酒店硬件设施一流，宋朝风格园林设计，有山有水，房间内装修典雅，智能管家小茂给我们带来不少乐趣，洗手间备品包装上都印有宋词，老有文化了。自助早餐丰富，中西菜品应有尽有，服务人员态度热情和善，帮我们免费延迟退房，离开时一直目送我们上车。房间供暖充足，对我们来说温度有些偏高。
  • 会员6353：酒店的位置很好，在景区旁边，出门就是小吃街，吃饭逛街很方便。 房间设施还不错都很新，早上早点起来推开窗就能看见半山腰的流云，葱郁的远山，泡一杯茶坐在阳台特别惬意。 住了几天体验都很好，个人感觉可以要一个最里面的房间(走廊走到尽头靠山的)，视野比中间好一点。 另外给服务员丽华点个赞，处理事情和服务都不错。
  • 会员5910：先说说酒店环境，就在武夷山脚下，空气清新，酒店内有一条小河，可以坐竹船慢慢游，特别适合度假。我是带了两位八十多岁的老人，老人非常喜欢这里的环境，每天在酒店内走走散步就很舒服。 再说说酒店的服务。服务确实可以pk五星级酒店。到高铁站接我们的王勇师傅非常热心，一路介绍当地风土人情。我们坐船的冷师傅更是十分幽默，将宋词唐诗都融入了武夷山的山水之中。 我们离开时，因为没有提前预约送站，本没有车安排了，但客服钟毅经理和礼宾王进平还是千方百计帮我们安排，最后顺利送我们到高铁站，非常感谢。退房时前台接待服务也很到位，开发票动作都很快。 我们在酒店碰到的服务员都非常有礼貌，非常感谢，非常值得住的酒店
