浩浩：经常在荆门出差，也住了几家酒店，这家酒店真心不错，离火车站和高速路口还有市区都很近，环境好，而且是新装修的，前台接待热情周到，房间干净卫生很新，房间布置和设计的也很温馨，干湿分离，卫生间宽敞，床睡的也很舒服。早餐不错品种很丰盛，而且价格合理，性价比很高。位置设施好，停车很方便，在这里要特别提出感谢前台栗经理帮我把房间做了免费升级到商务大床房，体验感很好，下次再出差会继续入住，强烈推荐，物有所值！
会员5122：在荆门凯瑞怡程住了几次，这是第一次来评论，总体来说住的安心，环境好卫生干净。首先是前台人员服务态度很好，刚进门就可以听到亲切的问候声，特别是栗楠楠经理送了我一个安心包，疫情期间非常实用。另外房间设施也很不错，入住期间晚上有点心和泡脚盆赠送。早餐非常好，菜品样式多，食材新鲜，床舒服，每次住怡程服务员都会当家人一样，让人感觉到亲切，有回家的感觉，这种价格住到这么好的房间超级划算，以后会经常来！

尊敬的会员：酒店环境好，设施齐全，卫生干净，服务态度好，早餐品种丰富，味道也相当不错，总之住的很舒服。安保会把我的爱车放上遮阳板，很贴心，这么热的天，上车的时候不会感到很热。最主要的是前台工作人员张玲服务热情礼貌，能够主动提供茶水，而且在特殊时期酒店想的也很周到，还主动赠送了消毒礼包，心里感到非常暖。退房的时候询问住店意见，看的出来这家酒店管理的非常到位，人员整体素质高，比大城市的服务还好，下次出差还会继续选择住在这里，100个赞！
