会员4982：首先，客栈位置优越，可以俯瞰整个古镇，落日余晖，美不胜收；其次，客栈装修典雅大方，内部设施都很人性化，非常干净，尤其细节方面非常温馨，床垫很舒服，提供的护肤品、洗漱用品也都很好用；最后，服务超级贴心！！！这是最让我惊喜的，从老板娘到保洁阿姨，每一个人都微笑、热情，我们找不到路就陪我们走一公里多到目的地，推荐的当地餐馆、景点也都很好. 离店的时候还送小礼物. 如果有机会再来和顺我想我还会住璞石. ps：早餐很好吃，清淡健康，搭配合理，配上超美的景观，绝对是享受！
会员6961：腾冲已经第二次来啦，都住的璞石但每次来都有惊喜老板是设计师很有想法整个客栈是用当地的火山石及山东的老榆木建造的老板想法很大胆，但产品也非常的棒。这种感觉的客栈是独一无二的，还有客栈有一个观景效果超赞的平台空时在平台喝喝茶发发呆，真的享受呀。璞石推荐给来腾冲的朋友啦
会员3430：客栈服务非常好，很好的加分项。客栈提前两天会电话联系，然后告诉行车路线，着重说明这点，是因为实际停车不是停车场，是客栈背面的后山小道，为此，还被小岗亭拦着买票，那时的心情其实是不愉快的，后来前台小姑娘出来买票，带路、提行李，话语温和客气，再实际看了古镇的指定停车场所在距离，完全被安抚，入住和餐饮愉快。因为人不多，房间进行了调整，客栈房间大、早餐好、平台漂亮，可以俯瞰古镇全景，去妈妈的味道等几个网红餐馆都很方便。总之，是一次愉快的入住体验。
会员1842：对比多家客栈，最后选择了这家，挺惊喜的。老板人挺好，热情亲切，邀我们品茶；二楼的公共露台很给力，空间大，景观好，开阔，一眼望去，是大片金黄的稻田。房间内干净整洁，沐浴洗漱用品一应俱全，床上用品很舒适，夜晚很安静；早餐也不错，玉米鸡蛋包子咖啡饵丝米线牛奶豆浆面包…… 还会再来的。推荐！
