  • 会员2017：习惯住新酒店，所以选了这家，因为朝阳没有5星酒店，所以不能用5星酒店的标准去苛求，酒店装修房间设计都很好，尤其是家庭套房是真正意义上的家庭房，可以一家人一起住，很宽敞。希望家乡的酒店能越来越好，有几点感受，前台问题：顾客办理入住时候前台几个人还聊天，男的说明天得调岗不愿意在前台，这些话让客户听到不太好，中间女前台没带工牌，给我办理入住的大堂经理王艳还不错；客房服务：打电话要脱鞋，客房服务很快就送到也很有礼貌；保洁：玉石床的床角厚厚一层灰，房间角落有前面客人用过的棉签，酒店保养维护很重要，很多酒店几十年了还是五星就是维护的很好；餐厅：餐厅前台跟客户说话不太礼貌，不是登记报房号就能用餐，这需要有人在餐厅入口说明下，而不是顾客走进去了就大呼小叫的，吓人一跳，餐厅里用餐人很多，盘子碗水果很快没了很正常，也都很快补齐了
  • 会员5037：凤凰国际酒店应该是朝阳最高档的酒店之一了。是新开业的，所以酒店各种设施都非常新，很干净。入住体检不错。前台给升级了河景房。景色真的挺漂亮。离市区有两三公里。酒店有宴会厅，有泳池，有温泉。早餐也不错。
  • 会员2488：1.酒店停车场很大，很方便，左右两边都是车位，晚上还看到4、5名保安列队巡逻；2.房间很大，很喜欢这个风格的木质家具，装修也很讲究，卫生间浴缸和淋浴都有，电动窗帘，房间灯光中控设计很合理，每一个开关的用处恰大好处，从窗帘顶部投射小夜灯的设计很新颖；3.三楼早餐也不错，但服务差强人意，尤其门口检票，拽的那个二五八万
  • 会员1221：是近两年新开业的酒店，准五星标准建造。设施齐全完善，装修现代与民族风格完美结合。自助早餐中西口味，可选择性较大。酒店院内地上可停车，地下停车场也很大，非常方便。酒店还有温泉洗浴、亲子乐园、泳池等。在朝阳算得上较有人气的酒店了。总之是一次不错的体验。
