会员6424：早餐性价比还是可以的，能接受，环境优美，服务态度尚可基本满意，设施设备齐全，就是拿行李的去停车场不太方便，希望酒店在这方面能多提供客户方便快捷的服务，总之基本满意，下次还会入住。
会员7763：总体入住体验还不错，酒店比较安静，环境特别好，东钱湖感觉比希尔顿柏悦的度假感觉好，可能也是比较小吧。定的是景观房，升级到湖景房，直接打开门就是草坪和湖边，可以在草坪上铺个野餐垫确实感觉不错。餐厅比较少，菜品口味还不错，就是早餐以中式为主，还可以，没有太惊艳的地方。疫情期间入住的，需要48小时核酸，停车免费，带孩子去雅戈尔动物园很方便，有点遗憾酒店游泳池没有开放，电视不能投屏，还有其他和儿童的手工教室什么的，还不错。
会员8690：先说酒店的景观，实在是太好了，感觉住在公园里，现代建筑与自然景观的完美结合。再说住宿，62个平方的观景房间，让我就睡在东钱湖畔（可爱的小姐姐给我做了升级）早上醒来伴随着鸟叫声，酒店房间干湿分区，两个洗浴台，还有衣帽间，马桶都是智能的，各种设计都很人性化，看得出费了心思，床品也很不错，一惯雷迪森的标准。不得不说的是，冰箱的饮料随便喝，还有欢迎水果，真的是太到位了，这还不算，走的时候，还送了欧舒丹的小礼品，妈呀，我妈妈说，这酒店太值了。早餐方面，算是很用心吧，品种多且有海鲜，而且很新鲜，完美。房间里有书有水果有景色，感觉那里都不用去在这里发呆好合适，另外，啰嗦一句，酒店的中餐厅菜品不错，也不贵，两个人200左右可以吃的很饱啦，和旁边的希尔顿比较，房间更大，性价比更高，下次来一定还会住这里，也推荐其他朋友了！
会员8243：这家不是美国Radisson集团所属，是中国LANDISON集团的酒店，两者中文名相同，我也是看到酒店用品的英语标记才发现，所以不能会员积分。酒店地理位置极好，风景美极了，客房装修也是够五星标准，前台服务也非常热情到位，入住有欢迎水果点心和免费饮料吧。但是早餐水准只有四星级，不知道是不是淡季，品类非常少，咖啡机坏了，食物有点不新鲜...餐厅和客房服务员态度很好很棒，但明显感觉缺少酒管培训。喜欢中式庭院度假的，这家性价比首选，高于隔壁希尔顿。追求极致五星服务的，可以加倍价格选柏悦。
