  • 会员9310：大力推荐这家客栈，真的太满意了，首先地理位置很好，就在大落水村码头，交通便利吃的也很多，从房间看出去就是湖景，早上看日出，坐在阳台上发呆，真的太完美了。停车场就在附近，会有员工来帮你提行李，酒店老板和员工真的都太热情了，从订房开始就与我们联系，告诉我们怎么走，推荐游览路线，告诉我们天气等等。到了之后免费帮我们升级了3楼的房间，房间有地暖，布局很合理，床品我也很喜欢。下午回房间还送水果奶茶，晚上看了篝火晚会回来还送银耳汤，还提供玫瑰花泡脚。临走的时候客栈还赠送了青稞酥和水给我们，服务态度和待遇真的堪比海底捞了，好久没住过这么满意的客栈了，真的开心！下次再来时我还会选这里的
  • 会员8741：酒店位置很好，酒店在大落水最中心的位置，选了3楼的湖景房，躺在床上、坐在阳台上，想怎么看风景都可以。 酒店服务很赞，客栈每天送酸奶、新鲜的水果到房间，每晚还送现熬的银耳汤。从大落水客运站到客站，酒店会安排三轮车往来接送。昨天我们环湖的时候下阵雨，鞋子全部都湿了，我只是试探性地问了问客栈前台能否安排三轮车到环湖车下车的地方来接我们，客栈师傅立马就来了，特别温暖[拥抱] 设施也还可以，文艺风，不是奢华风，24小时热水和暖空调都很好用。
